At Routines, we want you to love your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Whether it’s an allergic reaction or a change of heart, our goal is to ensure your skin and your wallet stay happy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Routines account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the lids are securely fastened to prevent leaks during transit, and include your order slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
